1.) You agree that you are a U.S. Citizen (Or a Canadian Citizen who enjoys digging/detecting in the USA) and are at least 18 years of age. You agree to waive all legal rights to sue the site owners for damages resulting from use of this site or people you may meet as a result of using this site. You understand that we do NOT do background checks on members. Membership begins the day you pay our ONE-TIME Membership Fee for $39.00. Your profile will remain posted unless you email us to remove or edit it.


2.) If you are contacted by another member, you MUST respond (even if you are not interested in digging/detecting/magnet fishing with that particular member). If you do not respond within 2 weeks, we have the right to delete your profile.

3.) Each membership covers one person only and is non-transferable. You may only post one profile. Under NO circumstances are you to share passwords given to you for the purpose of accessing member profiles.

4.) When posting your member profile, you are clearly agreeing to let others contact you. While we try our best to avoid having spammers and others contact you about non-related activities, we cannot guarantee it. You agree not to spam other members on our website. Once again, by becoming a member, you are agreeing to hold this website and its owners legally harmless under all circumstances. We cannot guarantee that you will meet other digging, metal detecting or magnet fishing buddies, but we will do our best to promote our site and your profile in your state and local area.

5.) We may contact you regarding membership items and occasionally offer you our own products and services. 

6.) The terms of this agreement and website features may change from time to time with or without notice.

    I have been digging for about 40 years on and off, metal detecting for about 5 years and magnet fishing for a couple          years. I mostly dig here in Monmouth County, NJ and find bottles ranging from 1880's to 1950's. I can share one or two      of my digging spots with you. However, I would like to dig older dumps or privy/outhouses. All of my mint, open pontil      bottles have been purchased over the years at shows. As for metal detecting, I have found buttons from the 1800's and coins from the 1900's. I think I will have to upgrade my detector to find more. You never know what you will find magnet fishing, but I have found a couple guns. You can also text me at (999)999-999X. Look forward to digging with you!
